The final signed WRCOG judgment reflects a 7% interest rate
IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED
1. That a peremptory writ of mandate issue commanding Respondent City of Beaumont to remit those sums commensurate with the amount of Transportation Uniform Mitigation Fee (“TUMF”) fees which Beaumont was obligated and committed to remit to WRCOG between August 13, 2005 through October 12,2009, namely, the sum of $42,994,879.
2. That Petitioner WRCOG have and recover from Respondent City of Beaumont prejudgment interest on the above sum at the rate of 7 percent per annum from October 21, 2009 to September 22, 2014, in the amount of $14,809,096, with interest accruing in the amount of $8,246 per day thereafter.
