Invoice Lists Beaumont City Staff as Urban Logic Employees

On September 24, 2014 the City of Beaumont electronically transferred $64,463 to Urban logic Consultants. Invoice lists fraudulent charges and City Staff as Urban Logic Employees.

Within the Urban Logic Invoice there is another Invoice from ‘Diversified Drilling’ for $3,435.00. Page One lists the Diversified Drilling bill with a 15% increase, so the charge to the City is $3,950.25. Urban Logic then charges the City again for each separate item on Diversified Drilling’s Invoice.

Diversified Drilling: This company has no website and is not listed with the Secretary of State. The License number on the Invoice is not valid. The Contact number is a Palmdale cell phone. The name on the Invoice is David Wood who was the owner of the now defunct ‘United Reality Services of America’.

The Diversified Drilling Invoice is not signed by David Wood or anyone else. The Invoice is addressed to Urban Logic owner ‘Kieran McKiernan and employee Kishen Prathivadi’.

Page Two of Urban Logic’s Invoice has a list of other random services totally $13,100 with four (4) sets of initials by each charge.

Page Three is “Billing for Professional Services in Connection with Providing City Engineering Services” listing ‘Sr. Engineer DM” – Deepak Moorjani

Page Four is “Billing for Professional Services in Connection with Providing City Planning & Development Review” listing “Sr. City Planner/Principal EE” – Ernie Egger.

Charges include Technical Assistance from ‘Rebecca’’. Rebecca Deming, who receives a salary from the City of Beaumont as Planning Director, actually works for Urban Logic and is the personal assistant of Ernie Egger.

The notations beside Rebecca’s name are ‘SunnyCal’ and ‘Noble Creek’ . These two developments currently attempting to acquire bond debt from the City of Beaumont.

Page 5 is the Invoice from Diversified Drilling. There is no other invoices submitted by Urban Logic and no parts purchased. It’s all ‘services’.
