RE: San Gorgonio Crossings
General Plan Amendment No. 1079

The attached clipping from the Press Enterprise newspaper says all we need to know about this project and it’s appropriateness for rural Cherry Valley. How could this ever be mitigated??

Don’t go all technical, keep it simple and use some old fashioned common sense. Warehouses can never be appropriate for Cherry Valley.

I would like to ask the Planning Department to show some compassion for the people of Cherry Valley and Beaumont. Please do not subject rural loving people to the Urbanization that will come with this zone change.

I say to all the people of Cherry Valley-BE AFRAID, BE VERY AFRAID. You are fighting to save your lifestyle.

The neighbors of Cherry Valley (designated as a Riverside County Community of Interest) know what’s best for them and should be able to decide what they want their community to look and feel like.

Listen to the People, not the greedy speculators and developers. We will forever pay the price in a reduced quality of life, health, aesthetics, air quality, and abhorrent traffic problems if this Zone change is allowed to take place.
