22,340 More Houses, 54.67 Million Sq Ft of Warehouses, and Shopoff Owns 1,485 Acres Somewhere in Pass Area.

The San Gorgonio Crossing Warehouse EIR contains Section 4: Cumulative Impact Analysis.

State CEQA Guidelines Section 15130 requires the consideration of cumulative impacts within an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) when a project’s incremental effects are cumulatively considerable. Cumulatively considerable means, “. . .the incremental effects of an individual project are significant when viewed in connection with the effects of past projects, the effects of other current projects, and the effects of probable future projects.”
In identifying projects that may contribute to cumulative impacts, the State CEQA Guidelines allow the use of a list of past, present, and reasonably anticipated future projects, producing related or cumulative impacts, including those that are outside of the control of the lead agency.
Table 4-1 lists a total of 43 Future Project that will build 22,340 Houses and 54,677,903 Square Feet of Warehouses.
What the EIR failed to include are the cumulative effect of Past Construction.
The Pass Area has grown from 30,000 to 90,000 people without increasing Roadways or Fire and Safety Services. And let’s not forget that Ernie Egger and Rebecca Deming have Forged every Beaumont EIR for over 20 years.
