Did the City of Beaumont File for and Receive RDA Tax Increments without even having an RDA Bond??
Attached is a copy of check for $1,684,592.64 from the Riverside County Treasurer to the Beaumont RDV Project dated January 20, 2011.
Redevelopment, or RDA, was closed down by the State because RDA Bonds are paid by taking part of the 1% Property Tax Increments from the School Districts.
Beaumont does not have any RDA Bonds, they are all Mello Roos. Mello Roos Bonds are paid by charging additional Property Taxes.
Did those psychopaths Aylward and Kapanicas steal property taxes from the School District under the guise of RDA?
