City Requests Applications for Beaumont Planning Commission Seat

Because the only person that applied for the position of Planning Commissioner was honest and an acquaintance of Councilman Lloyd White that applicant was unceremoniously rejected by the rest of Beaumont City Council. Below is another notice released by the City of Beaumont to see applicants that are more ‘qualified’ for the Beaumont Planning Commission.

Traditionally; the Planning Commission is where the City of Beaumont test their pawns.

Notice is hereby given that the City of Beaumont is seeking applications to fill one (1) vacancy for the Beaumont Planning Commission. This is a full term vacancy, which will expire December, 2016.

California Government Code requires that an applicant must be a registered voter, a United States Citizen 18 years of age or older and a resident of the City of Beaumont.

If you are interested in applying for an appointment to the Beaumont Planning Commission, please submit an application and/or resume to the Beaumont Civic Center, 550 East 6th Street, Beaumont, CA 92223.

Application may be obtained at the Beaumont Civic Center during regular business hours Monday through Thursday 8 am to 5 pm, Friday 8 am to 12 noon or at www.ci.beaumont.ca.us. Deadline for applications is no later than 12 noon on Friday, January 22, 2016.

The City Council will review applications, ask questions of each applicant, and will consider the appointment for this position at the regular City Council Meeting of February 2, 2016 at 6:00 p.m.
