The Urban Logic Contract lists numerous employee positions and at the December 17, 2013 Beaumont City Council Meeting Urban Logic Owner Keiran McKiernan repeatedly made references to his numerous employees.

California Government Code Section 4529.5 states: “any individual or firm proposing to provide construction project management services pursuant to this chapter shall provide evidence that the individual or firm and its personnel carrying out onsite responsibilities have expertise and experience in
construction project design review and evaluation, construction mobilization and supervision, bid evaluation, project scheduling, cost-benefit analysis, claims review and negotiation, and general management and administrative of a construction project.”

A Public Records Request was submitted for the list of Urban Logic Consultants employees and the City of Beaumont stated in their response letter that they never requested a list or verified any Urban Logic employees.

McKiernan stated he purchased Urban Logic Consultants a year ago, that the company was prosperous, had many other clients, and has a multitude of employees on staff, yet Urban Logic still uses the same generic website and the only contact is Temecula cell phone number.

McKiernan stated he purchased Urban Logic Consultants a year ago, but the original owners are still in City Hall.

What’s up with that?
