At the June 7, 2016 Beaumont City Councilman Meeting Lloyd White blamed ‘social media’ for the City’s inability to hire honest Staff.

Beaumont Councilmen make up stories about following State Hiring Laws and verify their stories by asking ‘trusted’ Staff Members like Rebecca Deming and Kari Mendoza, but it’s not a coincidence that all of Beaumont’s new ‘Experts’ are Associates of Beaumont’s old ‘Experts’.

CALEXICO JANUARY 21, 2014 BOND FOR $7 MILLION:

General Government Management Services, Special Tax Consultant

Stradling Yocca Carlson Rauth, Bond Counsel

Urban Futures, Financial Advisor & Dissemination Agent

From this Bond; all the money disappeared and the Finance Director jumped the Border, so Calexico got another crooked City Manager to keep the Bond Scam going.

CALEXICO NOVEMBER 18, 2014 BOND FOR $15.395 MILLION:

Richard Warne, Interim City Manager, Interim Executive Director

Stradling Yocca Carlson Rauth, Bond Counsel

Urban Futures, Financial Advisor & Dissemination Agent

But Stradling Yocca Carlson Rauth didn’t just joined the party in the last couple years. The Law Firm is listed on an Adelanto Bond with ‘Billy Aylward’ and Urban Futures in 2007.

ADELANTO DECEMBER 19, 2007 OR $3.56 MILLION:

Billy Aylward, Director of Administrative Services and Finance Director

Stradling Yocca Carlson Rauth, Disclosure Counsel

Urban Futures, Financial Advisor & Dissemination Agent

Beaumont’s new lawyers and consultants are not working to solve Beaumont’s problems, they are wasting taxpayer money trying to cover up Federal Municipal Bond Fraud.

The Beaumont-Cherry Valley Water District was just as dirty as the City of Beaumont, but their Board hired an honest Manager, an honest Finance Director, an honest Attorney, and an honest Engineer. If one of the four were not honest they would not be able to work with the other three.

The City of Beaumont can make excuses and blame the Citizens for their inability to attract honest lawyers and consultants, but the reality is that the Beaumont City Council must first WANT honest lawyers and consultants.
