January 6, 2015 Beaumont Council Agenda

City Treasurer and Council Reports are still at the bottom of the Agenda, but that ‘error’ can be corrected by Council at the beginning of the meeting.

Agenda Item 3.a.3: Check Warrants

Utility Partners $63,369 Check # 87748 – 12/12/2014
Wildermuth Environmental $68,251.50 Check # 87759 – 12/12/2/2014
Aklufi Wysocki $21,858.75 EFT 1285 12/18/2014

Agenda Item 3.b: $3 Million Grant/Loan from State Water Quality Control Board

“Fiscal Impact: City anticipates receipt of $3 Million grant from State Board”

The City has no reason to ‘anticipate’ a grant or loan from the State Water Quality Control Board. This is the same Board that gave the City a December 31st deadline to produce Title 22 Compliant Recycled Water.

“the City Council hereby dedicates and pledges the Wastewater Enterprise fund and Net Revenue thereof..”

There are no ‘wastewater enterprise funds’ – all the money was embezzled and the State Board knows it because I turned over the Bond Fund Accounts to the State Board Members.

Agenda Item 3.c: Nuisance Abatement: 537 Maple

When the Property Owners Blocked the City’s view of their property Building Inspectors climbed onto the roof of the property next door.

When Property Owners filed an Appeal it was heard by John Halliwill

“The Walshes did not allow the necessary inspection..”

There is no ‘necessary inspection’ of private property in this State and Country.

Agenda Item 3.d: Appointment of Beaumont Planning Commission

“The City requested applications..”

City Staff has no authority to request anything without Council Approval

Agenda Item 3.e: Appointment of City Clerk

“City requested applications..”

Staff has no authority to make this decision. The position of City Clerk has never been discussed in Council.

This will let everyone know which Councilmen are on the gravy train.
