Congratulations to Beaumont Councilmen White, Orozco, and Lara for voting to reject the 2013-2014 Financial Statement prepared by the Auditing Firm of Moss Levy Harztheim.
Council must now either direct the Auditing Firm of Moss Levy Hartzheim to submit an audit with correct information or they must hire another Auditing Firm to prepare the 2014 Financial Statements
Item 7.g was approved by a 3/2 vote to trade mitigation fees for roadwork to fast track Warehouses.
Councilmen White and Lara voted against, but Orozco went along with Fox and Knight.
State law does not allow mitigation fees to be traded, so this stroke of genius will eventually end up in court.
Steiner Group has been voted of the Island!
Council has voted 5/0 to terminate affiliation with the Steiner Group; which is nothing more than another dummy corporation to hide Urban Logic Principals Dave Dillion and Deepak Moorjani.
