Open Session:

Public Comment

Jason Rearick asked Council to build a Community Center on vacant land that I believe he’s referring to Area 1.

Nancy Hall calls out Dirty Della Condon for lying and lack of ethics.

Judy Bingham asks Council why they are hiding the Bond Fund Accounts AGAIN.

Berg thanks Council for their ‘wonderful job’ … and he should know. And of course Berg has to slander Judy Bingham. You could feel the ‘shut the fk up’ glare from Mike Lara’s eyes through the camera.

Dr. Ball told Council that in 2006 ‘Council Approved’ an illegal fee increase to pay for a Salt Mitigation Fund and again in 2013 ‘Council Approved’ another illegal fee increase. Dr. Ball told Council that if the Sewer Fund has no money in December, 2014 and $5 Million in September, 2016 the Citizens are being overcharged – which is illegal. Dr. Ball ask Council to track the money to see if the Funds that Council Approved to be spent in the General Fund were in fact Restricted Funds that can not be transferred or used in the General Fund. Dr. Ball was told that his time was up.

Agenda 1: Sewer Feasibility Study

Mike Lara immediately Motioned to Table the Item until there’s a Workshop. Orozco refused to vote, but the other four Councilmen voted to hear the Presentation and Public Comment then Table the Item until a Workshop.

It’s obvious that Condon, Orozco, and Knight are going to vote to hold on to the Sewer Plant.

Dumb Orozco still parroting the ridiculous idea that they can dump brine into the Salton Sea and the even ridiculous theory that brine is a money-maker.

Webb and Associates repeated that they didn’t know the history of why the City of Beaumont was ‘carved out’ of the Brine Line. Urban Logic refused to join because it would expose the fact that the City had stolen all the money and Sewer Plant was in ruins.

Dirty Della Condon complains that Option 2 is not actually a ‘Regional Approach’ because although Beaumont Citizens will be included, the Beaumont City Government will be cut out. That’s because the City lies, cheats, and steals, so no one wants to work with them.

Word to the wise; never accept a glass of water from a person that doesn’t know the difference between Water and Sewer.

Orozco blabbers on without understanding that the Pass Area is under the BCV Water District. The Yucaipa would only be taking over the Sewer.

Brenda Knight: “Water is valuable and we need to hold on to our water.”

IT’S SEWER !!!

Lloyd White pointed out that the Report was incomplete and asked if this ‘was it’ for $155,000, then thanks Webb for such a wonderful Report.

Dirty Della claims that recycled water will soon be worth 5 times it’s present value. The present value of Beaumont’s recycled water is $0.00 because the Staff and Council stole all the money and never built the facility.

5 x 0 = $00.00.

And of course Dirty Della has to worry that if Beaumont doesn’t control the sewer then the Developers will not be able to build without following Compliance Laws and paying Mitigation Fees.

Council scheduled a Workshop and a Special Council Meeting to push the Sewer Scam through before the Election to ensure that Knight and Condon are able to vote for the scam before they lose their Seats.
