Beaumont City Council Meeting: What did we Learn?

We learned that Acting City Attorney Robert Patterson didn’t know that claims against the City were a matter of public record.

James Gregg, former Principal of GGMS, former Principal of ERMAC, and former Beaumont Risk Manager that received a $1/4 Million Salary had the nerve to file a Claim against the City. Nobody knows what the claim was because the City refused to disclose the Claim.

Council approve Rejecting the Claim of James Gregg, so let’s see if the City is willing to release the Claim now or if they’ll continue to violate the California Public Records Act.

The Tea Party is Back Begging for more Welfare, this time in the form of wasting taxpayers’ dollars declaring Beaumont an ‘anti-sanctuary city’.

The Pass Area has horrendous government corruption, but the Tea Party doesn’t see any government corruption. The Tea Party’s big boogie man is ‘illegals’.

The illegals are coming for you, so why pay those massive Mello Roos Taxes?

Councilman Lloyd White recuses himself from Item 7: Interwest Consulting Contract. What does Interwest Consulting have to do with ESRI?

Rebecca Deming is presenting the No-Bid Contract Extension. Rebecca’s husband works for ESRI, why wasn’t Deming recused?

‘Council Approve’ hiring another Lobbyist at $156,000 recommended by Kyle Warsinski, who learned everything he knows from Kapanicas and Dillon.

The City doesn’t qualify for State and Federal Funding because they forge documents. For $156,000 the City could have hired an Accountant, but the City refuses to hire accountants.
