1. Approve Possession and Use Agreements with ASM Beaumont Investors, LLC and Jack T. Hall and Carmen Hall Trust.

2. Accept executed grant deeds for the right-of-way and authorize staff to record the deeds.

22. 8th Street Sidewalk Improvement Project

Recommended Council Action(s):

1. Amend the FY 2016/17 budget to include the 8th Street Sidewalk Improvement Project, in the amount of $549,755 and accept $204,000 SB 821 Article 3 Bicycle and Pedestrian Facilities Program Grant Funding and allocation of $345,755 from Gas Tax Fund.
