I know this is short notice, but can both of you meet tomorrow, Wednesday 10/8 at 4:30pm here at City Hall?
Only one firm responded to the attached Request for Proposal so we need to make a recommendation to contract with this firm or postpone the process until 2015 where 3 other firms indicated they would respond. These other firms are committed to City audits through December and don’t have the staff to perform the review.
If either of you cannot make it, we’d like to meet next Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday at 3:30 or 4pm. Please let me know your availability on those three days.
