Lets not forget the the clock is still ticking on the WRCOG Lawsuit, so let’s review:
TUMF Fees from August 13, 2005 to October 12, 2009: $42,994,879
Interest Incurred October 21, 2009 to September 22, 2014: $14,809,096
Interest Incurred September 22, 2014 to December 31, 2014: $824,600
Amount Due as of January 1, 2015: $58,628,575
And let’s not forget that the City goes back to Court on January 23rd to pay the WRCOG accumulated legal fees which will most likely be another $ Million.
