Attached are the City of Beaumont Payroll Records for July, 2014. Apparently the City is lying to the City Clerk regarding Employee Payroll. The City also lied to the City Clerk regarding assess to Contractors’ Payroll.
The problem is that the Beaumont City Clerk has no actual access to any documents; records are still controlled by Shelby Hanvey – who is Bill Aylward’s concubine and Rebecca Deming – who is Urban Logic’s Secretary.
Page 1 records Chief of Police Coe’s total pay at $7,728.00 – which begs the question; how did he take a $21,000 payroll deduction?
Page 2 shows Jeff Fox receiving his full pay as Councilman regardless of the fact that he ‘borrows’ his pay away.
Page 2 also shows James Gregg receiving $6,800 as Risk Manager while selling the City Insurance from his private company ERMAC.
In the State of California; every penny of tax dollar belongs to the People. A Government Agency refuses to release government documents when they are corrupt.
When the City Clerk has no access to records the City has no City Clerk. When a City Clerk is lied to by Secretaries it’s a big red flag that the City is corrupt.
Beaumont City Council is going to have to accept the fact that their Staff is corrupt and clean house.
