Heartland Commerce Center
EIR Addendum and Specific Plan
Beaumont, California

The Heartland Commerce Center Specific Plan provides for development of up to 5,021,000 square feet of distribution warehouse uses on an approximately 417.2-acre site located in the City of Beaumont. Objectives of the Project include:
• Transition the existing undeveloped site into a productive use;
• Capitalize on available and planned access to major and secondary roads within the City, with direct connection to the regional freeway system;
• Provide jobs-producing, industrial uses to the City of Beaumont and local community; and
• Increase economic benefits to the City of Beaumont through increased job creation.
Development of the Project would accommodate distribution warehouse uses instead of the residentially-oriented uses previously allowed under the Site’s Specific Plan and Tentative Tract Map. #BeginLibraryItem “/Library/Footer.lbi”
