8 Days Past SEC Deadline. Release the Report Beaumont!

It’s been 8 Days since the Beaumont City ‘Council Approved’ a Report their Trusted Staff Refuses to Release or even Show the Council.

Eight Days have passed since the Beaumont City ‘Council Approved’ a Report their Trusted Staff Refuses to Release or even Show the Council.

The SEC Deadline for the City to set their books, resubmit their Forged Documents, and submit a Report prepared by an Independent Consultant was February 20, 2018.

At the February 20, 2018, Beaumont City Council Meeting ‘Council Approved’ random pieces of paper that appeared to be copied from a college textbook.

The SEC Report should have been included on the Agenda, but it wasn’t.

I Requested a copy of the Report before the Council Meeting, but the request was ignored.

The Council requested to Continue the Agenda Item until the Report was produced, but were told by City Attorney Pinkney that the Council ‘had to’ Approve random pieces of paper.

On February 27, 2018, I requested the Report again and copied the SEC and every Councilman on the Request. No Report was released.

Surely after being copied on the SEC email the Beaumont City Council will direct their Staff to release the Report, right ?

Nope. No Report released, which begs the question; why not?

Is the Report so damaging that the Staff is hiding it, or was no Report prepared at all?

No one knows if there’s a Report or not except City Manager Todd Parton and City Attorney John Pinkney and they report to no one. The Council is happily played for fools.

At the SEC Continuing Disclosure Training the Council was told that they are responsible for the documents they approve whether they understand that their Staff is operating an illegal operation or not.
