Both have only filed Employee Salaries Once in Four Years.

The California State Controllers’ Office requires all government agencies to submit their Employee Salaries and Pensions. Reports from Cities, Counties, State, and Education Agencies can be viewed on Transparent California: http://transparentcalifornia.com

Both the City of Banning and Beaumont failed to report Employee Salaries in 2014. The State website records the agency’s last four years, but both Banning and Beaumont only filed in 2013.

Sadly, they are not the only agencies that failed to meet State Requirements. Calexico, Calipatria, Cerritos,Alpine County, and Trinity County have “refuse to produce” by their names.
